Today I made Lunch for Dad, Jack and I.
First I got the toppings ready, then I put the toppings on the tortillas and cooked them in the oven. I really like making pizzas so I might open a restaurant one day.
Kia ora Lucas, Back in the kitchen I see! It is so cool to see you helping out around the house and making lunch for your family, and I am sure they very much appreciate the help! I had never thought to use a tortilla as a pizza base; what a fantastic idea! Whenever I make my own pizza bases at home I use a yeasted recipe, so making the bases actually takes quite a long time (making the dough, kneading the dough, letting it rise, shaping the dough into bases and then baking), so I will definitely keep this tortilla trick in mind and use it sometime! What did you put on top of the pizzas? How long did you bake them for? Did they taste yummy? It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know! The photos you have included are fantastic, and I really like how happy you look while in the kitchen! Your idea of opening a restaurant one day is great, and perhaps you could spend this time in isolation practising your cooking and keeping us updated on your blog!
